Gary Lynn McDuff v. United States:

This cause illuminates the out-of-control DOJ corruption, obstruction of justice, and abuse of authority thought only to exist in political cases.  The McDuff case reveals DOJ corruption throughout the DOJ and the DOJ systemic abuse of citizen's rights.  One or more of the grounds raised in the Habeas Corpus petition may be sufficiently compelling for you to weigh-in via an Amicus Curiae in support, or for use in a law review article or law student classroom.

The following court filings evidence government corruption on a scale rarely seen outside of the senator Stevens case which was exposed by the court ordered investigation conducted by Henry F. Schuelke, lll (see Source Brief page 59).

The Gary McDuff case and its court case filings demonstrate a manifest need for legislation to curb and hold responsible abusive
prosecutions and rogue prosecutors.

Cause No. 4:17-cv-391-RAS/KPS in the
United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Sherman Division)
Plano, Texas federal courthouse:
Gary Lynn McDuff v. United States

That Habeas Corpus petition was assigned on June 6, 2017 to Federal District Judge, the Honorable Richard A. Schell and his Magistrate Judge Kimberly C. Priest-Johnson. McDuff's Brief ("Source Brief"
) and Appendices filed with Court are available below for viewing and downloading.
